This apartment is particularly suited to larger families or even 3 couples as it has the bonus of all bedrooms being en-suite.

Families with small children will appreciate the thought that has gone into making sure thatt hey are fully catered for. We have a travel cot, high chair, stair gates, baby monitor, and even a potty - all at your disposal at no extra charge!

For your added comfort, we also provide in each bedroom a hairdryer, oscillating fan, full bed linen and towels.

Ground Floor

Living/Dining Room:

Large, spacious area. Corner-style sofa (with bed, comfortable for 1 person), TV (with Sky free to air British channels – the BBC channels etc) with DVD player, Coffee table, radio/CD player, Dining table with 6 chairs.

This room also has a marble fireplace in the corner, suitable for burning logs. Large patio windows lead to outside terrace with outdoor table and 6 chairs. There is enough space for a bbq (provided) and a child-friendly gate leads directly onto the pool area, which has a separate childrens pool, shower and toilets. 6 plastic sun loungers are also provided.

First Floor

Master Bedroom:

Bedroom 2:

With sliding full length windows and safety barrier overlooking countryside. 2 single beds. Fitted wardrobe. Chest of drawers. Mirror.

Ensuite

Enclosed shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin.

Bedroom 3:

With private balcony overlooking countryside with a table and 2 chairs. 2 single beds. Fitted wardrobe. Mirror.

Ensuite:

Enclosed shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin.

Other Information

• Bed linen/towels changed once a week.
• For winter lets, we have 5 portable oil-filled radiators, which can be hired for a small extra cost by prior arrangement.
• A file containing helpful information has been left at the apartment for your use.
• We try to arrange for an arrival pack to be at the apartment (pack containing essentials such as milk and water etc). However, this is something that we cannot guarantee.
• Sheets, Pillows, Pillowcases, duvets covers & tea towels provided.
